Dropped to Zero Patients

I started a small clinic which ran very well for the first few days. However, after the fourth day my patient number went to a big fat 0. It has stayed at zero for several days. All the departments are fully staffed and running as I treated 30 patients on day 4.
What happened? Bug or something else?
