Stock/Ownership

I would recommend some kind of ownership/stock engine, similar to software, Inc. It would be great to simulate a medical group that can invest in and buy out other practices/hospitals to add an additional element to the game. Some companies/hospitals could go out of business and you lose your investment, to add an extra little difficulty and decision point.
