[NEW] Ugly Environment perk doesn't disappear after editing environment

Repro steps:
1. Create an ugly environment doctor's office and assign a doctor. Make sure doctor has ugly environment perk.
2. Edit doctor's office and add a load of decorations to make it a nice environment

Result - doctor still has ugly environment perk.

Hello - well, perks are not variables - it means that can not be changed, they represent certain characteristics of the person.

Sorry I didn't mean perk, I meant satisfaction modifier - i.e. the ugly/nice environment modifiers, so:

Repro steps:
1. Create an ugly environment doctor's office and assign a doctor. Make sure doctor shows ugly environment modifier.
2. Edit doctor's office and add a load of decorations to make it a nice environment

Result - doctor still has ugly environment modifier, and the modifier doesn't change into the nice environment modifier.

So in this case, please could you upload saved game file of the game where you are experiencing this issue? it will be very helpfull

Sure - open the save and note that the two doctors in the doctor's offices both have the 'ugly environment' satisfaction modifier. If you then add decorations to these rooms and resume play, the 'ugly environment' modifier takes a long time to go away.
