How To: Stop Project Hospital disappearing when off-focus?

Morning Everyone;

I am one of those God-awful people who multi-task; I play games while talking about them live across the Internet. So when I am playing Project Hospital, I want to be able to click on things other than the game while I am playing.

The moment I click on anything other than the game though, it self-pauses, minimizes and the audio cuts out.

I have dug into the settings and not found anything useful that will stop it happening, and I don't particularly like the window sizing in Windowed mode. Anyone know of a way to stop it happening? Even if it was just to keep the game moving and/or the audio alive it would help!
