Issue occurred again. The surgery is needed or the patient will leave the message says. I have the department fully staffed and still nothing.

Hi, thanks for the report! I can see that the tooltip says 'hospitalization required for the treatment is not available' and also grayed out HDU hospitalization in the card - could you check if adding a couple of HDU beds makes it work as expected? Smile
