there image I loaded game twice and doctors just standing there for whole day not doing anything.

I would put save game but i have no idea where it keeps files.

Hi and thank you for your report. From the looks of the screenshot it looks like there could be an error. So the save file will be very useful.
You can find them here:
C:\Users\(YourUserName)\AppData\LocalLow\Oxymoron Games\Project Hospital\maps

Hi and thank you for the saves. And I see the issue. You have the doctors in the office but they are not actually assigned to their work stations.
If you switch to management mode and assign them it will run as it should.
The bug is that this should not be possible. What method of hiring did you use? And did you delete the room at any point? Any more info should track down this mystery:)

something else wired is that they did work when i first hired them up till i copied and pasted new dr office in and hired new guy then the following day they took in one client each and then that was it.
