Patient Reallocation from emergency

In the current game I can't really use the doctor's offices for specialists because even using a reception most people will go to and stay with the emergency.
My suggestion would be to reallocate the patient once the diagnosis is clear or once all possible diagnosis are part of one different department.
This would take a lot of pressure from the emergency doctors, make sense and stop me from manually changing departments of patients in the waiting room.
