How To assign room to new department

I'm having a heck of a time trying to assign a room to a different department.

For example, move xray room from radiology to cardiology.

I've seen where folks have said the lower left corner, but what on the lower left?

It's probably fairly easy, just havent been able to figure out the proper incantations and hand movements.

Don't know if it matters, but I am using prefab rooms for the time being.

Seems a better example might be a receptionist desk or xray room.

I usually just unzone the rooms, then re-assign them under the new department..
