Initial Money Sandbox

I think this is a quick improvement with a great impact on the game.

As gamer I would like to decide with how much money I want to start the sandbox game, to adjust the scenario challange.

Especially I think the current amount of money is too high, not letting the user to enjoy the initial moments of the scenario when you have just a doctor and few employers and you struggle toward your success. I think letting the user decide with how much money to start would make the game more flexible and enjoyable for everyone.

Please tell me if you think this is a fast and easy to add addition.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion! This is an interesting one, although I don't think the initial amount of money is actually that important, especially when you can always take a pretty generous loan from the bank. That said, in some form this should get included with workshop support - for example creating a version of one of the existing scenarios with different starting conditions will be pretty easy.
