I think people know what I mean by " people giving birth " as that's that's the whole idea about hospitals for lol

Yeah, a great idea. I think obstetrics/paediatrics is being considered as additional content after release.

It would be wicked awesome too if preggo ladies could go in for prenatal checkups. Oh and midwives!! They are vital in some areas of the world.

I would be all over making a birthing center!
