[UNRESOLVED NEED MORE INFO] Fillling Needs vs Treating Patients Empty [UNRESOLVED NEED MORE INFO] Fillling Needs vs Treating Patients

I keep trying to make a go of this game and then run into more issues. This one: doctors are always departing their departments and wandering to far away breakrooms to use amenities and/or bathrooms. This frequently occurs when their needs are met, and after they've seen 1 to 2 patients!! C'mon!! How is a department supposed to efficiently function like this!! Please fix it! I've enclosed an example image of a real situation at my hospital.[UNRESOLVED NEED MORE INFO] Fillling Needs vs Treating Patients Kiddin10

Hi, if the bars for the employees' needs are full, there could be two reasons for this behavior:
- Are some of the employees 'filling free time' instead of 'filling needs'? That should be ok as it means there's no patient currently requiring their immediate attention
- All employees try to go eat a proper meal once per shift (you can see them taking it from a fridge in a common room and eating at a table), which gives them positive bonuses to satisfaction apart from filling the hunger bar
Do any of these apply to what you're currently seeing?
