What exactly does the shame level of a symptom determine?

And how is it linked to <PatientComplains>false</PatientComplains> or <PatientComplains>true</PatientComplains> ?

I am also yet to know if the shame level has a purpose, however I have worked out that PatientComplains is responsible for whether or not the patient reveals that symptom during interview.

Hi, this works in two stages:
- PatientComplains basically means that the patient is aware about the symptom and will normally tell the doctors about it
- Shame level is simply the probability in percent that the patient won't mention a particular symptom (with PERK_SHAMELESS the probability is 2x lower, with PERK_SHY 2x higher)
