[QUESTION] UI Scale Problem Empty [QUESTION] UI Scale Problem

Mon Dec 02, 2019 5:11 am
Hi,

I couldn't find a way to comment on the issue I'm having with the UI scale when I am playing in fullscreen in the past reports of this issue. I have problems reading the writing on the UI when playing (patient cards, building, etc.) and when I increase the UI so I can read it the UI gets cut off so then there is no way of reading the full thing, for example, the patient card is cut off at the bottom and I cannot do any treatment.  I wasn't sure if this is a bug either but thought I should mention it!

Thank you!

Hi, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums!

When you disable the automatic UI scale, you can adjust the "UI scale" slider to fine-tune the scaling (down in your case), generally the user interface can be increased by 10-15% compared to the defaults while the windows still fit (depending on the screen etc).

Btw - are you playing on a laptop? And could you tell us what the screen size and resolution are?

Thanks, Jan

Hi Jan,

I am playing on laptop. My resolution is 1920x1080, screen size is 16".
I'll play around with the settings and see if I can get it to work.

Thank you
