Possibility to sell the hospital

I real suject this time.

Like Prison Architect, it could be great to sell the hospital.

This way, you could start with more money and have several departements for the opening.

This is a good idea,
I enjoyed this aspect in Prison Architect.
It give us the opportunity to really get large scale hospitals and also to work on different layouts.
One thing to consider is do we keep the insurance objectives we have completed and move them to the next hospital or do we have to start them again?
