[OPEN] Cannot delete chair

Description:
Chair remained after moving room and cannot be deleted.

Repro steps
I moved a room from the second floor between the two elevators and it left a chair behind which I cannot delete or bulldoze or get rid of.

We recently fixed a similar issue in one of the campaign levels, so let me try to figure out if this is related or if there's a problem with the move room tool. Generally it shouldn't allow you to move any room with a reserved object, but maybe there's a specific way or timing that can cause this.

In either case, the issue should resolve itself during the night (or you can try to fire the nurse who has reserved the chair to clear the reservation more quickly - Jane Moore).
