Cardio OP from any ward

Hello! I've encountered a moment that isn't clear for me: why cardio operations are possible only for IC-hospitalised patients but for other departments they can be performed from any type of ward? For now I think its just missing something and OP should be really possible for every hospitalised patient : )

Operations. Is there a test problem too?) I haven't noticed it yet.

I asked because there are a load of cardio-related tests only available in TC and ICU.

Patients in the ICU can be operated on by any department in the hospital. Maybe that's why?

Ah, that’s what you about: like Fast-Echo or others. I know about this things and about the possibility of any dep operations from ICU dep. But what I am speaking about is a slightly different thing: you can schedule an operation for a patient just with hospitalization in any of wards available but only not for Cardio which says that OP are possible to schedule from IC ward (or ICU dep).
