Help! Cant treat patient

I received a message that I cant treat a patient because the treatment isnt available. But I think I've already done this treatment before.
Looking at the picture attached, what am I missing?

Hi, you can see all the finished/active treatments in the bottom right panel - this patient hasn't had the surgery yet and the tooltip gives you a hint about why the surgery can't be started: the patient needs to be hospitalized first and you probably have all the beds at normal hospitalization (internacao na enfermaria) occupied. You can probably use HDU or ICU hospitalization instead.
