Description:
Cannot start a new game of any type

Repro steps
Fresh Install, Verify Files on Steam, deleted all mods and still get the same error message

"ERRORS LOADING LAST SAVE: Object Reference not set to Instance of an Object"

I have no saved games and this is the first time I played since the patch associated with the Administrative Services DLC.  Did have to reformat my PC between then and now as well.

No Longer Issue, worked it out myself. Deleted ALL files left after an uninstall and then reinstalled.
