[UNMODDED GOG] CTD during morning shift, 6 manual doctors

A sudden CTD during my morning shift, a few hours after the autosave.

Unmodded GOG game with the latest patch, CTD happened during me choosing tests manually for a patient. Might be a problem with the December 21 hotfix?

This is the first CTD of this game ever in more than 100 hours of intensive gameplay. My first 96x96 map play though, others all were on the 64x64 sandbox.

I will report if it happens again. AMD drivers are not up to date, maybe they are the cause. I also had Windows 10 auto update a day earlier not sure if it's important.

I just replayed from the save onward to the next morning shift doing the same as before and nothing happened, the game works fine this time.
