Hallo,

Ich habe das Spiel heute gekauft und habe ein Problem. Jeder neue Patient wird zur Spielerkontrolle hinzugefügt, und ich muss jeden Patienten selber der KI-Kontrolle zuweisen. Wie kann ich dass ändern, damit alle direkt der KI-Steuerung zugewiesen werden? So ist das Spiel leider nicht spielbar Sad
