Patient won't move from Internal Medicine after receiving diagnosis & stretcher can't be moved/deleted/selected

I have a patient stuck in Internal Medicine receiving her diagnosis & treatment. Also, a stretcher is taking up the spot the ambulance uses for drop offs, and I can't select it to move/delete.

Some variation of this seems to occur at some point whenever i create a hospital. The last time it was a pt in ED.
