let me ask about type of doors as i see there alot of doors in game however i am unsure if we going set up a access control for areas or room eg allow only patients on beds with staff in the secure eg operating therates or in secure room like ICU unit?

also i not seen any screenshots of elevators or stairs

Hi, the different rooms have different levels of access rights, so patients won't freely roam into wards or operating rooms. We also have a tool that you can use to forbid patient's access to any area.

We have a functional version of elevators, but currently still with placeholder graphics, so we're not showing these yet

nice so access can be configured per room or its on fixed levels?

Actually, it can be set even for a part of a room - you basically paint areas on the floor when you're in the logistics mode.
