[RESOLVED NOT A BUG] Clinic closes

Dont know if this is a bug though, however, when playing in Campaign mode (mission 4 - "in debt")

When the clock reaches 18:00 the clinic closes. I think that patients who have arrived before that, or have had prior examinations and are waiting for further tests should stay at the hospital.

As it is now when the clock reaches 18:00 they leave the hospital and are quite angry about it.

The clinic part of hospital is closed at 18:00. All patients in clinic are sent home and they come next day for treatment.

Hi, this is by design - one of the indirect goals in the level is basically to build a clinic with enough capacity to take care of the number of patients coming every day. If a few patients are still waiting for lab results, they will indeed return the next day.
