Hiding Objects Empty Hiding Objects

Is there a way to hide objects in other rooms while building? I’m finding it quite difficult to build rooms or remodel when I can’t see most of the room due to objects in adjacent rooms.

Actually it's not ... but we're working on camera rotation for future updates.
