[OPEN LOW] Cant continue

I dont know if its bug or im jsut supid if yea than im really sorry. But I cant continue in my sanbox I made everythink I can and my insurance want to cure 40 people but no more than 30 visit me per day.

Hi, by opening a clinic on any of the departments you'll unlock another insurance company and they will send more patients.
And we'll have another look at how the unlock goals for insurance companies display in the UI in the meantime.

Insurance company says I have to open surgery and if I want to do it I cant see what type of rooms I need because it says "It will unlock after all conditions of insurance company" and a lot of rooms in surgery is still closed.

Oh, I see what is the confusing part!

Even the General surgery department has a clinic part (left panel in management mode), which is what the insurance company is asking you to do. I guess it would be much more clear on any other department.

Ok I give a try or just go find some tutorial videos thank you very much
