New Suggestion System

Hi!

First of all, great game! I hope you will continue to improve it! Quick suggestion about your suggestion system. Instead of a topic forum, I think it will be better for you and for us if we could vote on suggestion. That will prioritize your time to develop new features and will avoid peoples to suggestion multiple time the same feature.

I once saw a system, yet unfortunately can't remember the name.
It was based on the fact that everyone got three points to invest in either their own suggestion, or on already entered suggestions.
As soon as one suggestion was cleared or deemed impossible, that point would become available again.

The system was neat, because it immediately gave a priority list for the devs real time as well, as it was sorted on most requested in real time.
