Diagnosis 'Hard mode' - add option to remove 'X hidden symptoms' and collapse indicator

I love the diagnostic system, but would appreciate the option to turn off the hints. No clues about hidden symptoms or blinking hidden symptoms to indicate that an undiagnosed symptom might cause a collapse would add some enjoyable challenge to managing when you should continue to do diagnostic tests.

That's a great idea and it might not be that hard to implement, also I would like to see all the tests, examinations and treatments regardless of the affection, so far it cuts off a lot of options to make it easier to diagnose a patient.

I would also love to be able to do security treatments without necessarily knowing the diagnosis of a specific symptom. Sometimes you want to give someone antibiotics to insure against sepsis before they crash.
If this was combined with a cost or possibility of complications/side-effects that would make for interesting diagnostic strategy.
