[RESOLVED] Stuck Doctor and Patient in General Surgery

I'm having this recurring issue where patients get stuck on collecting a stool or urine sample in general surgery.

If one loads this save, one can see "Rachel Gonzalez" getting stuck giving a stool sample.

Similar characters get stuck until the entire general surgery department shuts down

No idea how to reproduce on a fresh game, saved game attached.

Well, it's a bug and not a bug.
The issue is that the toilets on the top floor don't work, they're missing some doors. That said, in the next patch:
- Broken rooms will be highlighted in a way that can't be missed
- Patients will be trying to find another wc in the building if this happens
