Employee issues/problems

E.g., doctor has a family emergency and is out for that day.
Employee quits/retires (maybe with warning 2-3 game days in advance, for retires)
Employee does something to upset a patient (maybe increased chance for staff with unkind?), could include all employees even when not interacting directly with the patient (e.g., janitor runs broom into the patient in the waiting room, two staff members are chatting with each other and say something that a patient overhears and is upset by). Bonus: Give the player ways to try to manage how often this happens. E.g., maybe 'mediator' trait employees who have a chance to negate these events' affect on the patient, good boss reduces chance of it happening for their employees, traits affecting employee's chance of causing such an incident, etc.
Employee dies (car accident chance incrased for long commute trait?)
Could also have positive ones, like cheering a patient up.

In that case rather have : Employee is injured in car accident. Is moved by ambulance to your hospital. If you heal the Employee, the employee resumes its career within the hospital (if it has gone very well than maybe with a bonus loyalty perk). If you fail , you will loose that employee.

In that case, let's just hope that your chief surgeon doesn't show up with suppurative appendicitis
