Suggestion for global manual diagnosis control

It started with a comment of the YouTuber Quill who stated that a global setting for how many patients were under your manual diagnostic care straight from when they enter would be a swell addition.
It could be a setting in percentages for example, making say 50% of the patients directly under your control as they come in; no more manual clicking.
Extra options could specify a true relative split among all patients or to for example only look at either hard or easy diagnosis.

Of course as the game progresses the preferred focus might shift, so the menu should be available also mid game.
