Hi, thanks for the message, we'll be of course happy to have Bulgarian in the game! I'd recommend you first check the guide so you have some idea what the process is like:

I can help you set up the initial files on GitHub if it looks too complicated (this is what the first section of the guide is about).

In either case I'd strongly recommend to have at least 2-3 people working on the translations, the amount of text is around 30 000 words, so quite a big task for a single translator (although it can be done as we were pleasantly surprised ).
