Three problems, not sure if are bugs.(doctor stucked / doctor list out of scale / unefficient janitor)

Hi I have three problems in the game today.

But I'm not sure if are bugs or just my misunderstanding.

First of all I accidentally find that all of my doctor and nurse(if qualified) will all stuck in prepare for surgery.

This happen in orthopaedic department at night shift (not sure whether it happened in different dept. still testing)

this is my config of staff:

2x doctor can only perform surgery
6x doctor can perform/assist surgery
4x doctor can only assist
6x anesthesiology also can assist

17x surgery nurse
1x nurse specialist

except the only one clinical nurse specialist are working
ALL of other staff are preparing for surgery  (whaaaaaaat???!!!)
I'm sure that all of the patient either finish the surgery or just don't needed
is that a bug?? or I just miss something?

Second, in doctor mod when I want to pick a doctor, I can't select it.

The list are too long and cannot be scrolled. like this:

And the last one is about janitor.

In each department I set at least over 15 staff to clean the floor.

I even set "22" staff in ER, but the floor still VERY DIRTY.

and the percentage of the janitor in all my staff almost about 30%.

more than the doctor I have



Isn't it too unefficient?

Regarding the three points, I think only the first one is a real bug (and good news, we have a fix ready for the next patch - here's the original report: https://projecthospital.forumotion.com/t2153-resolved-preparing-for-surgery-problem?highlight=preparing)

Looking at the screenshots, it looks like you're playing with quite a few extra staff members, which will have quite some impact on the overall balance of the game, including how much dirt on the floors will get generated. Btw how many doctors do you have at the biggest department? When it comes to the doctor selection panel in doctor mode, we can maybe just resize it according to the number of doctors (you can probably achieve something similar for now by setting a low UI scale in settings).
