Laboratoire médicaux

Bonjour,
Je rencontre un problème sur la gestion de mes laboratoires médicaux.
J'ai beaucoup de matériel à l'intérieur et beaucoup de personnels mais je n'arrive pas à gérer le flux de malades.
Pourtant il n'y a pas beaucoup de malade présent dans l'hôpital.

I've had a look at your screenshot, things look pretty good but I did notice the shear number of patients and the fact you have the Oncology mod.
Oncology is pretty intensive concerning histology and haematology testing and is the most likely cause for the back log.

Something you could do to lessen this is reduce Oncology's certainty form high to medium. High will usually mean somewhere between 4-8 tests could be run per patient and that will really backlog your labs. (Oncology should get less patient however to help reduce this backlog). I have just pushed an update for Oncology that fixes an issue that was occurring for Neurology (it would effect the entire department) that might have been causing you issues too so please feel free to update that mod (automatic if you use steam).

Let me know if the issue resolves itself from the latest update otherwise please feel free to give some more information so we can try and find out the solution.
