[MODDING NEED MORE INFO] Patients stuck in doctor office

I have an issue with patients who stuck almost in every where in doctor office of waiting area setting on chair, I have done every thing in order to solve this issue with no luck.

please help.

Looking at the video, if it's not possible to open the patien't card, there's probably a hidden error triggered by clicking the patient - could you attach or have a look at the log file? There should be an error message with more info that could help us find the cause, probably one of the many mods you have installed as we haven't seen any problems like this in the main game in the recent months.

thank you, you were right one of the mods caused the bug, just uninstall it , now working just fine. thank you for your support
