[QUESTION] Dr's idle, patients waiting.

I am having issues with doctors sat idle whilst their patients are sat waiting. this is happening across multiple departments but internal medicine and emergency are the 2 worse ones.
also some patients for internal medicine have been sat waiting in emergency for there doctor in IM.

Hi, thanks for the report! It looks like all these patients are waiting for some laboratory tests, so this seems pretty normal. If a patient leaves while waiting for laboratory tests, they will return the next day for results. At this point it's probably worth it to check how busy your labs are and maybe add more staff.

how can you tell what there waiting for? i have been noticing workload for radiology critical but cant work out which room it is.

Hi, you can tell by the active examinations in patient card, usually any "testing" with a test tube icon will be a lab test. Also, each lab shows you the number of waiting samples in management mode:
