Sorry, but I screenshot the bug before seeng the rules so I have no savegame or log for this — only the screenshot. The thing is nurse became a patient for herself. But you can see she talks with someone — and it is an actual patient with another name and appearance.

Hi, thanks for spotting this, I managed to catch it in the save you sent us with one of the other reports - and good news, we're already testing a fix for the next update.
