Patient/Treatment Tree

Would like to see an option similar to dependency tree for specific patient.

What I mean is an option to see every doctor patient saw, departments saw and when.

This would help determine which doctor is incorrectly diagnosing patients.

Example would be click Patient A, open treatment tree.

See they came in at X time directly to Internal Medicine.
Doctor B did X Y and Z exam and transfer patient to Surgery
Patient crashed went to ICU.
Stabilized Transferred to General Surgery
Doctor C realizes incorrect diagnosis in surgery.

I believe this would also help as I lose track of where patients where and where they have been.
Etc.

A history tab on the patient file would be really helpful to see what is the problem.
