Disable "No waiting room in reach"

Hello fellow devs and modders,

I was wondering if it is possible to disable the limit on how far away waiting rooms can be from the doctors office? I have all waiting rooms in one floor and the doctos office (i.e. for the emergency room) on another floor (don't ask why   ) and I get the "NOTIF_NO_WAITING_ROOM" notification but I found no way in the xml files to disable the limit itself so patients won't leave because the rooms are too far away from each other.  

Would love if someone knows if there is a way to help me.
