Automatically enable job upon getting specialisation

When my doctor gets to a certain level of experience, they are able to perform surgery. However, this is disabled by default. Could an option be added to make this happen automatically, with the ability to disable it for those that don't want it?

They will only perform surgery if they're in an on call room, and I've found for my on-call-room doctors, when they reach the right level, they automatically get the 'assist with surgery' and then the 'perform surgery' rolls. They don't get them in clinics.

I like to have specific control of what doctor does what. No automation causing me confusion.
