Petition to Developers (new animations)

I love the game, but there is something i don't like. In surgery, the animations seems that the doctors do the same operation, independently the kind of operation, this make the game some boring, my suggestion is add some new animations take account the kind of surgery, would be more realist and attractive the game. It's a suggestiion.

Ironically, I've noticed this recently as well, even after having played the game for so long. course, perhaps that's why I'm noticing; fewer tasks to occupy/captivate my time so a greater chance  I notice these details. I would love for them to add some specific to dept's, however, I'm not going to hold my breath.
