Just started the game. No mods. Have all DLC installed. During tutorial 1 it asks you to select the Skin Allergy Test option for the patient. There is no Skin Allergy Test option available on the patient's chart so I am unable to continue. How to fix?

Found the issue, I actually had mods installed lol!

I had marked some to use before I purchased the game and they were auto-installed after the game was downloaded. Basketball
