Question about Death/Diagnoses

Hello, I know something like this question has been asked but I don't think it got fully answered, obviously we know that death will already be in the base game. However, if we do everything right, can the patient still die? Of course it happens, sometimes patients are just "too far gone"

Well, the option to have a death in the game is up to everyone. Can be turned on and off.

But if it's turned on, patients WILL die. If you do everything right, you will save a lot/ almost all of them (we're still balancing these gameplay mechanisms). But accidents happen - help might come too late, your hospital can be understaffed, you won't have a free capacity/ bed... .
