[QUESTION] Staff stuck being 'reserved for procedure'

Every time during the night shift, all staff members are stuck in the 'reserved for procedure' state if they have anything to do with the General Surgery Department.
They stay this way until the shift is over, after which the day shift staff members will perform all the procedures that should have been done during the night.
This causes the prestige to go down very rapidly every night, in addition to losing out on a lot of income.

In the attachment you can see that I have three doctors sitting in the On-Call room (all have the same status), where it is clear from the one that is selected that he is stuck in that state for quite a while already (given his food and needs levels).

I downloaded your game and found your problem. You miss an extra nurse (as I expected) Your three doctors and two nurses are reserved for a surgery. As there is no nurse left, your patient can't be transported to the operation room. So they stay reserved the whole shift.

Hi, while not technically a bug, we're looking at all these reports and we'll be definitely checking out different ways to improve the info the game gives you.
Just curious - did you get a 'long wait for transport' for this patient by any chance?

After the previous post, I now understand why that happens, but the game is not really clear about it.

Is there a way that the game tells you that you are missing nurses?
In my opinion, it is still a flaw, because the procedure will never be able to be carried out, yet everybody involved in it are stuck (decreasing their mood) and are therefore unable to do anything else as well.
