Newby's Question

I've never played a game such as this but must admit it really interests me my being a former projects manager. Will the game be something a Newby can get into quickly or is it going to need lot's of experience?

Not a problem. As most of the other games of this genre, we aim to bring lots of fun to all kind of players. We hope to find just the right mix of management, hospital theme, and casual gaming - while players will be able to customize difficulty a bit to their taste.
