How to hire a receptionist?

I am in sandbox mode, in case it makes a difference. But anyway no matter how often I pay the agency to get different staff, none of them come with reception skills. What's the secret?

You can also hire any nurse with a specialization (Receptionist, Medical Surgery or Clinical Nurse Specialist) and then click on the new nurse; click on the specialization in the staff chart (in this case Jeniffer Hill),



You then get the option to change their specialization as shown below: (this does reset their specialization to 0% though).

I did get one in the end - I think they are maybe not available before you have progressed in the game a little.
