We need a pharmacy and pharmacists!

Every hospital must legally have a way to purchase, prepare, dispense, deliver, administer, monitor, and control access to it's medications. In addition, pharmacists are usually both in the pharmacy and in each unit to assist with diagnosis and treatment plans. I have worked in over a dozen hospitals and this has been true in each and every one. I love the idea of the game, but without this core aspect of running a hospital... let me just say it is difficult to believe this could have been left out. In addition, there are two primary areas where ANY and EVERY hospital makes money, and that is the pharmacy (medications) and surgical procedures. Literally every other thing costs money to the hospital. In a business simulation of a hospital, how do you have cash flow without a pharmacy? I know things have to be simplified to a degree in a simulation, however, leaving out this department and its rich complexity is like having a hospital without an ambulance or ER or OR or ICU. It just doesn't happen. Thanks for listening!
