Improved feedback about prestige

It is currently very hard to figure out why exactly the prestige of your hospital is going down or up. In the main screen you can hover over the stars to give you feedback according to the departments, which is nice. When you are in the department screen you hover over the stars and often it gives you almost no feedback or just very little, even doe the prestige is not at 100%. From time to time there is a tooltip displayed, like, e.g. No dead patients ++, but it would be grate to have an overall display about which factors influence the prestige and how the situation is right now.
