[UNRESOLVED NEED MORE INFO] Infinite surgery prep and more

So I got a patient planned for surgery but also for an exam and they took him for surgery while the exam was in progress, but I cancelled that since no doctor showed and he was in bad shape. I wanted to move him to the ICU right when all the staff was ready for surgery and now he's in the ICU, the doctors are stuck in the surgery and I can't even take him to another hospital, because of the still running exam. Some help?    The game would be nice to have a console, so bugs like this could be fixed by resetting the processes/AI/removing the patient/etc
