Antibiotics & Viral Infections

Tooltip says that a bronchitis is an inflammation, usually caused by a virus.
And then proceeds to give "antibiotics" as the treatment
There are certainly cases, in which antibiotics would be used to treat a bronchitis, but antibiotics are for bacterial infections, not viral ones.
Probably a bit nitpicky, but I think a hospital game should get that one right (unless this was one of those cases )
