Workaround: load a save game - pause it - select that patient - cancel every single examination and every single treatment - take control from AI - unpause and then select IV antibiotics, then you can select all treatments and all posssible examinations - it will be working. Except surgery - because in the scenario there is no surgical team at the night shift.

I have done all i can do with this patient. I must now send him to surgical dept for treatment of his peritonit but i can't chagne dept for him . even i don't know what to do to find the las symptom.

Now my patient has no treatment any more nor symptoms not treated. He is identified with peritonit but the treatment for peritonit is blue (ended) .

So, i can have an operation for that diagnostic
